95° sauna - 0% humidity
Tell us whether you are so impressed by the fantastic view over the Elbe Valley that the spacious sunbathing areas, the crisp sauna stove and the skilful waving of our sauna teams almost fades into the background? Although, that cannot be the case, because the focus is on your relaxation skills at the highest level of our sauna team.
70° sauna
The aromatic freshness of citrus fruit lifts your mood, strengthens nerves and concentration and improves your sleep at the same time. Our tip: a glass of lemon water before sleep boosts your immune system and stimulates collagen formation; this makes your complexion glow.
60° in the lower range - 80° in the upper range
The areas are connected by stairs; 2-4 saunas (preferably familiar people) fit into the tower sauna. In addition to the well-known effects of taking a sauna, this gives you the very best overview without being seen for yourself. By the way: How will the weather be tomorrow? You can already see it up there in the tower.
70° bio sauna
Milder heat only makes your heartbeat rise slightly; the heart muscle is strengthened and you can easily extend your sauna session to 20 minutes. Our tip: Like in a Finnish Kota, you sit in a circle around the hot stone and look for a nice vis a vis with whom you share the scent surprises that change every day.
45° - 100% humidity
One thing in advance: the hair is in the bucket after the steam sauna. But: Where the hair collapses, aromatic scents arise, exciting scrubs are given and the biorhythm is gently stabilized. Our tip: this is your last sauna session of the day, so you'll look really good ahead of time.
90° - 0% humidity
Old oil mill technology awaits you here to combine your sauna experience with a touch of nostalgia. The wheels turn really slowly. Our tip: Please don't touch anything, it's already pretty hot.

For whatever reason, but despite the usual 90°, it's somehow the driest here. Perhaps it is due to the essential oils in the wood used? Our tip: Take an additional damp cloth with you and don't stay longer than 10 minutes. After all, this is NOT a championship, but YOUR feel-good day.
The ELBE RESORT LOFT SPA can be reached for all day visitors via a separate lift and a staircase with 76 steps. Hotel guests who live directly at the Speicherhotel have internal access. Hotel guests from the Elbe Herz Appartements, the manor house and the laboratory should use the elevator access. The LOFT SPA has sufficient changing facilities and lockable cupboards. All guests will find their bathrobe package in their room.
Bathrobes and towels can be rented. You certainly want to bring your own slippers - we want to throw them away. Of course, you will also find plenty of adventure and cold showers in the immediate vicinity of the saunas. You can also cool off in the cold water plunge pools. For less daring people, a stroll on the roof terrace is simply recommended. Don't forget to check out the weather for tomorrow...
